I am Megan Icenogle. I consider teaching an honor, a joy, and an endlessly fascinating spot for study.
I have taught in the classroom for 27 years- 6 of those years in private boarding high schools, 21 of those in public elementary schools. I have taught in Connecticut, California, and Maryland.
I earned a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature, with a minor in Mathematics. (University of Puget Sound, Tacoma, Washington- including 1 year studying in the Basque Country of Spain). I earned a Master’s Degree in the Art of Teaching (Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore, Maryland). And, I recently earned a Certificate in School Administration and Supervision (Johns Hopkins again).
